Military / Overseas Vote By Mail (Absentee) Ballot Request

This request is valid for only one (1) registered voter.

If you are a qualified Military / Overseas registered voter, ballots will be mailed only for the elections checked.

Ballots are mailed approximately 45 days prior to each election to those voters that have requested an absentee ballot. Military / Overseas voters are defined as active duty members of the United States uniformed services, members of the Merchant Marine, spouses and dependents of those active duty members and United States citizens residing overseas who are registered to vote as provided by law.

If you are not a Military / Overseas voter, please use the Standard Absentee Ballot Request Form to make your request.

You may only request absentee ballots for yourself and your immediate family, which is defined as your spouse, child, parent, grandparent, or sibling, or your spouse's child, parent, grandparent, or sibling, and a person for who you are legal guardian.

A request for an absentee ballot to be mailed to a voter must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on the sixth (6th) day before the election.
